Improvement of corrugated conveyor belt

The cost of conveyor belt accounts for about one third of the total cost of conveyor, and the price of corrugated conveyor belt accounts for a larger proportion. "WM" shape corrugated side conveyor belt, the cross section of corrugated side is shallow valley, wave distance is long "WM" shape, supporting rollers with protective sleeve on both sides, the width of protective sleeve  is larger than the width of corrugated side. The material of protective sleeve is nylon, which has very good wear resistance. The rubber with corrugated edge is made of rubber with good elasticity. The advantage is that the wave distance is long and the material is not easy to leak. On the other hand, the wave distance is long and the steel property is large, so the service life is prolonged.

Prefabricated anti-tear coil, two metal coils embedded in the wavy edge, these two coils parallel along the wavy edge of the corrugated line, can play a role in anti-tear edge. Linking metal wires to control devices can also alert monitoring equipment to avoid tearing and other accidents.
