The characteristics of large angle belt conveyor

Large angle belt conveyor is the new type of belt conveyor. It is widely used in coal, cement, electric power, metallurgy, grain, chemical, ceramics and other industries. It is an ideal equipment to transport bulk materials. Big obliquity conveying can be implemented successfully. Its characteristic is short length,small footprint, construction less investment. Compared with conventional belt conveyor,  per unit weight of energy consumption decreased about 30%. This model compared with ordinary belt conveyor, bucket elevator, scraper conveyor, its comprehensive technical performance is superior, reliable performance is higher than bucket elevator, low maintenance cost, service life and transportation environment temperature and kinds of conveying material are basically same with conventional belt conveyor.
