The repairing of rubber conveyor belt needs three materials as broken isocyanate, polyurethane prepolymer and amino-terminated composite mineral refiner. The three materials are mixed uniformly at 1:1:1, then poured in, and the performance test is carried out after 12 hours' standing. Then the two-component polyurethane PR-B tape repairing adhesives sold on the market were compared. It was found that the two-component polyurethane repairing adhesive can not only shorten the repairing time, but also save resources and maintenance costs. Underground repairing can reduce cost, operate simply and easily, and pollute the environment less.
