B tape stripping under the cover glue, need to remove the side glue, the side glue part of the cover glue need to strip 50-60 mm.
3. The cloth layer is stripped in a step shape, and the stripping length of each layer is equal. The stripping length depends on the technological requirements of the joint. It should be noted that the longitude and latitude of the next canvas can not be cut.
4. Electric wire brushes can be selected for wire brushes. Electric wire brushes can be used to polish the layers of stairs carefully, so that the rubber bonded by the layers can not be injured. Clean up after grinding, no debris.
5. after finishing the polishing, the glue laminate and the cloth step are painted three times. It should be noted that the glue can be painted twice only after the first drying.
6. The lap width of the adhesive tape at the joint of the conveyor belt is guaranteed to be 35-45 mm. The blank part is filled with covering glue, and the joint part is filled with sealing glue.
