The reason of the nylon conveyor belt deviation

In the process of using nylon conveyor belt, if there is deviation, to make the following examination to determine the cause, adjust. Nylon conveyor parts and processing method of belt deviation is always check:

(1). Check the horizontal center line of the roller and the longitudinal center line of belt conveyor. If the value of non coincidence is more than 3mm, it should be adjusted by the long mounting hole on both sides of the roller. The specific method is the conveyor belt to which side, which side of the roller group to the conveyor direction forward or backward on the other side.

(2). Check the deviation value of the two planes of the bearing seat on the head and tail frame. If the deviation of the two plane is greater than 1mm, the two plane should be adjusted in the same plane. The adjustment method of the head drum: if the conveyor belt deviation to the right side of the drum, the drum right side of the bearing should move forward or left bearing seat back; if the conveyor belt to the drum of the left deviation, is on the left side of the roller bearing seat should move forward or right bearing seat back. The method of adjusting the tail roller is opposite to that of the head drum.

(3). Check the position of the material on the conveyor belt. The material on the conveyor cross-sectional center, will cause belt deviation.

If the material is partial to the right, then the belt to the left deviation, and vice versa. Should be used as far as possible in the middle of the material. In order to reduce or avoid such belt deviation increase the blocking plate to change the direction and location of the material.
