Baffle is best to the running direction as fan-shaped, and can adjust the opening size of the conveyor belt to reduce the damage to the belt. Sometimes conveyor belt can appear cut, tear, wave train, stripping, abnormal wear phenomenon ,all of these maybe because the feeding direction is not appropriate. The falling material direction with the conveyor belt running direction is different, so that produce transverse force, make the conveyor belt running deviation and damage.
