The whole core flame-retardant conveyor belt is made by impregnating or vulcanizing the whole core with PVC impregnated paste. It has the characteristics of high strength, large transportation and balance of transportation. At the same time, the product has good flame retardancy, antistatic, impact resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and so on.
 
This product is mainly used for underground transportation of coal mines, and also for material transportation in metallurgical and chemical industries. The whole core Flame-retardant conveyer belt can be divided into PVC type and PVG type. Type PVC upper and lower covering layers are PVC cover, single side glue is more than 1.0mm, PVG type upper and lower covering layers are nitrile rubber and PVC, and the thickness of one side is 1.5mm-4.5mm. PVC conveyor belt inclination angle <16 ', PVG conveyor belt inclination angle <20', can be used to balance the coal mine well and underground transportation.
